Ploppable

A ploppable is a building placed directly by the player, as distinct from a "growable", which gets built when the player creates appropriate conditions for it to appear. In virtually all city-builders, buildings like schools are ploppables, not growables - the player must consciously choose to place a school in a particular location.
Ploppables are typically public buildings with an upkeep cost and do not usually generate income.
